My career started over 23 years ago in the uPVC industry along with my father, Neil Lamont. 5 years ago, I decided to open Framesprayuk LTD to help customers and companies in the UK by giving them the opportunity to Re-vamp their windows and doors instead of replacing them along with helping the environment by re-using uPVC.
Over the last 5 years, my business has grown each year from where we started with onsite spraying to opening our own factory to where we have built relationships with leading uPVC manufacturers.

I have been in the uPVC industry for over 25 years and was more than happy to come along and support my son in his new venture 5 years ago.
My main role is to ensure that the factory runs smoothly and build ongoing relationships with our clients.

I became part of Framesprayuk’s furniture over 12 months ago; my role here is to ensure the business reaches its targets and implement business strategies to ensure we are all delivering and achieving our full potential.

I have worked for the company over 4 years; where I originally worked onsite as a spray-painting prepper. Over the years, I became part of the Floor operative team when the spray factory launched its open day in 2019.
My job also varies as I get to go a little and drop off and pick up purchase orders from our leading clients; I report to Neil as my manager.

A typical day for me is to Drive my sales team’s performance, having daily buzz meetings to get the team ready for a productive day out on the field. Although I am not always sat behind my desk, as I like to be hands-on and get out there and support my team as much as I can.

We are the dream team! We get out there daily and promote the benefits of spraying windows and doors etc., to potential customers. Every day is a challenging day but also a fun day, especially when our manager joins us from time to time.
We work to targets, and joe and I are very competitive (Tara always wins, By the way!).

I love to talk; in fact, I never stop talking, and that’s why I have the best job of everyone at work. I am known as the Framesprayuk’s mascot as I always like to make everyone happy. I contact our customers after completing their spray works to ensure they are happy with the results and complete our aftercare checklists. My other role is to book any accommodation the spray teams may need should they be working further afield.
