Onsite Preparation
Our team remove any doors, drawer fronts and plinth which are marked up to the kitchen plans we will create and ready to take to our Spray factory for spraying. We then carefully mask up, wash down, sand and spray all the fixed items that are left, like end panels, cornice, pelmet, flyovers, carcass edging and open shelves, to name a few. Enhanced Aesthetics Spray painting offers a fast and simple way to revitalise your entire kitchen’s appearance. With a wide range of colours to choose from, you can dramatically change the look of your space almost instantly. For instance, dark wood cabinets can be brightened up with a fresh coat of white or another light shade. Alternatively, you might opt for deeper shades to create a striking contrast in your kitchen. Although we have our portable extractor for the fume and dust, we ask that all smoke alarms be off throughout the prepping and spraying. If you’re seeking a stylish update and top-notch service, our team is here to assist you!
Onsite Painting
Now that the extractor is turned on, we are all set. The team’s longest duty, preparation, starts now. They will draw precise lines and make sure there isn’t any overspray anywhere. To ensure straight lines, we use masking tape to bag off all work surfaces, tiles, splashbacks, built-in appliances, and cooker hoods. All surfaces that need to be sprayed must be scotched to enable the coating to adhere. This is not the same as sanding; unlike sandpaper, it leaves less haze and scratching. We utilise panel wipes to clean the surface. This excellent cleanser guarantees the complete elimination of surface impurities. We do request that the client remove any lingering oil and grime prior to our arrival. The preparation process usually takes around 70% of the time we have allocated to complete the kitchen spray. The above process must be completed correctly to provide the customer with a guarantee on fading, cracking and peeling.
