Loxley House is a busy established business park which was constantly busy throughout the day; we ensured we provided access for the higher story building ensuring all safety measures were carried out, so there was minimal disruption throughout the project and ensuring we met the timescales agreed upon.
The client wanted to change the overall look of the site to attract potential business, so they opted to add curb appeal by changing the colour from green to RAL 7016 anthracite grey.

Our Process
- Sand down all rusted areas removing any debris and paint
- Degreased
- Prepared & sprayed to a perfect finish
Work Carried Out: Front curtain wall with 85 separate glass units, 2 double doors, 7 doors and 57 exterior windows.
Equipment Used: Hire of scissor lift 2 days. 25 to 30 litres of paint. 100 to 120 yellow tape same with duct tape. 40 to 50 tubes of silicone. 30 to 40 bagging.
